Premium Mould #16 - Ballpoint Pen

A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is “Higher quality of the mould, the higher quality of the final product”. That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. The Premium Moulds are focused on creating really useful and high-detail products. All of our Premium Moulds are machined Aluminium to ensure the highest quality product can be made from your recycled plastic and designed with our machines in mind.

Introducing the Ballpoint Pen Mould: Create beautiful and stylish recycled plastic pens with ease. The final product is a sleek pen, 9mm in diameter and 140mm long (with a ballpoint tip installed), perfect for everyday use. The pen uses a standard Bic Crystal ink refill and features a 35mm x 5mm section for branding or a personalized message. The mould is 168mm x 70mm x 50mm and comes with a nozzle designed for our Injection Mini. Custom Nozzles (Screw, etc.) are available upon request.

Please note that this pen mould will only work with our Injection Mini Machine.
