Premium Mould #10 - Ring Mould
A common rule of thumb in the plastics industry is “Higher quality the mould, the higher quality the final product”. That's why we created our Premium Moulds range. The Premium Moulds are focused on creating really useful and high detail products. All of our Premium Moulds are machined Aluminium to ensure the highest quality product can be made from your recycled plastic and designed with our machines in mind.
The Ring Mould has three injection points, each creating four recycled plastic rings. Each injection point creates a different sized ring. The inside diameter of each ring is: Large (19mm), Medium (18mm), and Small (17mm). The higher quality mould with rounded corners means no sharp edges and results in a more premium experience. The mould is 250mm x 100mm x 50mm and comes with a nozzle designed for our Arbour Press Injection. Custom Nozzles (Screw, etc.) are available upon request.
